Flexible RESERVATIONS

Plans change, we get it. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your stay by emailing (thefinickytable@gmail.com) or calling (704-651-8011). We offer no-fee rescheduling for guest requests received at least 14 days in advance of your service date. Requests to reschedule within 14 days of your service date are subject to a 20% admin fee. All rescheduling requests are dependent upon availability and are not guaranteed. Rescheduled reservations may be transferred to a new guest. Rescheduled reservations are considered final and not eligible for a second rescheduling or future refund.  

Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our dining services we reserve the right to withhold your refund as follows.

  • Cancellations up to 60 days prior to your reservation date will be refunded in full.

  • Cancellations between 60 and 30 days of your reservation date will be refunded, less a 20% admin fee.

  • Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days of your reservation date will be refunded 50% of original payment.

  • Refunds are not offered for cancellations made within 14 days of your service date.    

  • Refunds are not offered for no-show reservations.
