Cocktail Sauce

Like most dressings, sauces, and dips they can be made at home. They are usually less calories, cheaper, and taste better. We try not to eat anything with HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) or added sugars.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup ketchup (homemade or store-bought)

  • 1/4 cup horseradish (fresh or store-bought)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix ketchup and horseradish thoroughly. Adding more of one or the other depending on how much spice you like.

  2. Store in a glass container in the door of your fridge.

  3. To use after refrigeration, let sit on the counter until room temperature then stir.
