Assembly

  1. Start with your jars, tins, and anything already in a container and place them on opposite sides of the tray, filling them around on the blank space an equal distance from one another. Be sure to avoid the corners or edges at this step.

  2. Next up, cheese! Arrange your cheese around or near the jars in either a circular pattern, straight or wavy. No stress here, you can always switch up a fruit or meat to carry on the pattern.

  3. The meats! Lay out your sliced meats near the cheese, but not touching it! It’s important to note this for after-storage reasons in case your tray has leftovers. Think how you wouldn’t store your cheese and meat in the same bag in your fridge - the same principle.

  4. Crackers are next. You want your crackers to be around the edges and corners so they are easy to grab first. Place

  5. Fruits, Veg, Nuts: no rhyme or reason with these, fill all gaps and empty spaces.

  6. Last but certainly not least, sweets! Treat these as special treats, little surprises if you will, hidden amongst a pile of cheese or nestled in with the fruits and nuts.
