Grilled Creole Shrimp Salad
One of our favorite spice shops, Savory Spice, has a Black River Creole seasoning that we love to use on shrimp. This salad is highly customizable with your favorite vegetables and toppings.
INGREDIENTS
10-12 raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp Black River Creole seasoning
Lettuce for two salads
Toppings of your choice, we chose:
cherry tomatoes, radishes, clover sprouts, multi-color carrots, pasta salad
DIRECTIONS
Preheat grill.
In a ziploc bag or small bowl, toss shrimp, olive oil and seasoning together until well coated. Let sit.
Gather your lettuce and toppings, arrange in bowl around the edges. Set aside.
Grill shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until cooked through.
Arrange shrimp on top of your salad bowl.
