Homemade Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing

As with most of our dressings and dip, here is another one made from scratch. Salad dressings are one of the easiest recipes to make without having all the added sugars and HFCS.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup buttermilk

  • 5 ounces blue cheese, crumbled

  • 1/3 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 4 tsp white wine vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper

  • Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl mix buttermilk and crumbled blue cheese, mashing with a fork until well combined.

  2. Add in sour cream, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir with a fork to combine.

  3. Pour into a glass jar and store in the fridge for up to a month.
